- Five students received awards totaling $7,500 for further education
- Elevations title sponsorship of the Buffalo Bicycle Classic helped leverage $250,000 for 100 scholarships to students in the CU Boulder School of Arts and Sciences.

- Paid volunteer time off – 43 employees volunteered 226 hours in the community
- Non-profit leadership – five employees volunteer their time and expertise on community boards
