What are some benefits of Call24?
Call24 will allow you to check your account balance, make transfers and review recent transactions even when the Credit Union is not open. It’s a great option for those members who don’t use or have a computer available or are traveling.
What is my Call24 PIN?
Your Call24 PIN is a 6 to 9 digit number you choose.
What if I have never used Call24?
If you have not used Call24 before, simply call us at 303.443.4672 or send a secure email from within your account online banking log-in to receive a temporary PIN number.
Is the Call24 PIN the same as my ATM PIN number or the Account Password?
No. Your Call24 PIN is unique to the automated phone system.
What happens if I cannot remember my PIN number or I get locked out of the system?
Call us at 303.443.4672 to have your Call24 PIN reset, or send us a secure email from within your account online banking log-in for assistance.
Does Federal Regulation D apply to Call24 transactions?
Yes. Call24 transactions are included in Regulation D limitations. Electronic transfers from your savings or money market account are restricted to six (6) per month.
Are there any limitations to what can be done through Call24?
Account maintenance (ie: address/phone changes), and some transactions such as IRA contributions and Certificate changes cannot be processed through Call24. Please call us at 303.443.4672, send a secure email from within your account online banking log-in or stop by a branch for assistance with these services.
Can principal-only payments be made through Call24?
No, however, principal-only payments can be made through a Credit Union representative. Please call 303.443.4672 or send a secure email from within your account online banking log-in for assistance.
Are there any fees associated with using Call24?
Call24 is a FREE service through Elevations Credit Union. However, certain transactions initiated through Call24 can be subject to fees. (ie: Money market accounts have a limit of three (3) withdrawals per month before there is a fee). Please see our fee schedule for more information.
How do I enter my account suffix when prompted by Call24?
You will enter the suffix without any leading zeros. For example your regular savings account would be entered as 0, your checking account would be entered as 8 or 9, and a select money market account would be entered as 10.
Will I be presented with every menu option listed on the call flow?
No. The system will provide options unique to the account types you have and the transfers you are able to initiate within your account.
