Bill Pay is an online service available through Link24 Online Banking that allows you to pay your bills directly out of your checking account with a few clicks of a button. Once a payee is setup in online Bill Pay, you can schedule them to be paid one time or as a recurring payment.

Elevations Credit Union Bill Pay is beneficial for the following reasons:

  • Flexibility - You can access online Bill Pay 24/7 to schedule your payments in advance.
  • Convenience - You can pay your bills from anywhere you have Internet access and you can track the status of your payment online.
  • Savings - You don't have to buy envelopes, stamps or make a special trip to mail off your bills.
  • Peace of Mind - You can schedule your Bill Pay Payment the minute you get your bill and know it will be sent to the payee on time.
  • Saves you time - Schedule recurring payments (i.e. mortgage payments, cable bills, phone bills etc.)
    • Set up a one-time payment
    • Schedule recurring payments
    • You only need to enter a payee's address and billing information once

Who can use Bill Pay?
Any Elevations Credit Union Member with a Checking Account that has enrolled in Online Banking through the ElevationsCU.com website can take advantage of this great service!

Is Bill Pay safe?
Yes, Bill Pay is only accessible through secure Link24 Online Banking, which utilizes industry-standard 128bit SSL encryption. SSL encrypts your personal information before it leaves your computer, ensuring that no one else can read it.


Bill Pay Basics

How much does Bill Pay cost?
That depends on the type of Checking Account you have.

  • If you have the Dividend Checking account, there is no cost to you! It is free!
  • If you have our Free Checking account, the cost of Bill Pay is minimal. The cost breakdown is:
    • The first three months are free (This is your trial period).
    • If you like the product (and we're sure you will), the cost is only $4.95 a month.
  • If you have our eStyle Checking there is no cost to you! It is free!

How will I be billed for my Bill Pay fee?
If the monthly fee applies, it is deducted directly from your checking account on the last day of every month.

Who can receive online Bill Payments?
Payments can be made to any business or individual(s) with a US mailing address. This means that you can use Bill Pay to pay bills, loan payments at other institutions, your friend or even your landlord. Please note that no foreign, government, tax or court ordered payments are allowed.

Should I use my Bill Pay to pay for my loans at Elevations Credit Union?
No, you can transfer funds directly from your Checking Account to your loan through Link24 Online Banking. Or, you can have an automatic payment set up from your account. Both are easy and efficient.

Are there maximum and/or minimum amounts that I can pay?
The minimum Bill Payment amount is $1.00. There is no maximum amount for a Bill Payment. The maximum only depends upon what funds are available in your Checking Account at the time the payment is processed.

Do I need to contact my Payees to let them know I am using online Bill Pay?
No, that is not necessary.
