How to Import Account Information into Quicken
Direct Import into Quicken
You can set up a direct connection within Quicken to download your account information. Quicken versions 2004, 2005, 2006 & 2007 are supported for direct import. Please refer to your version of Quicken for details on how to set up direct import.
Manually Importing Quicken File
1. Retrieve Account History File (from within Online Banking)
- Log into the Elevations CU Online Banking site.
- Click one of the links for an account.
(Eg: 'SHARE DRAFT ACCTS')
- Change date range if needed, and cick 'Get History' button to submit.
- After your information is retrieved, click the 'Download
for Quicken or Money' link at the bottom of the page.
- Save the file to your computer.
- Repeat steps 2-5 for other accounts. Make sure to save the files
with different names, or in different locations.
2. Import file into Quicken (from within Quicken software)
- Open Quicken
- From the 'File' menu, select 'Import'.
- Navigate to the location on your computer where you saved the history file and select it.
For Quicken versions 2003 or older, you may download and import a comma separated version (CSV) of your account history file as follows:
- Go to the Download page in Online Banking
- Choose the 'Comma Separated .CSV' option from the 'Download To' drop down menu.
- Save the file to your computer.
- Open the file with a spread sheet editor and change the format of the dollar amounts under the Debit and Credit columns to Currency.
- Import the file into Quicken.
