Website Browser Requirements
To ensure the websites you use are working properly, it is always advised that you download the lastest version of your browser.
In addition, make sure you have the following enabled:
- HTML 4.0 Transitional without Framesets Support
- CSS Level 1 and CSS Level 2 Support
- XHTML 1.0/1.1 Support
- 128-bit Encryption Support
- JavaScript 1.2 Enabled
The following browsers have been
verified to work in Online Banking:
- Internet Explorer 6.x or higher
- Firefox 1.5x
- Safari 1.x
- Safari 2.0.2 *
- Mozilla 1.7
- Netscape 7.2
- AOL versions utilizing Internet Explorer 6.0 or greater
* This Safari browser does not currently work with Link24 Bill Pay. Apple has confirmed that this is due to an issue or 'bug' within the Safari browser application. Apple recommends using another browser listed above.
Note: Not all browsers listed are available for all versions of operating systems (Windows, Mac, Linux/Unix). Refer to the browsers that are available for your setup.
