Need to get money out fast? Elevations Credit Union can move money across the country or around the world quickly, reliably, and securely through wire transfers. Transmissions to U.S. locations usually reach their destination within 1 to 2 business days. International transmissions may take longer.

To send an Outgoing Domestic Wire Transfer to another financial institution please submit an Outgoing Domestic Wire Transfer Request Form.

For more specific requests, please use the following forms:

Reoccuring Domestic Wires: If you regularly send a wire to the same beneficiary use the Reoccurring Domestic Wire Request [PDF].
Address or Phone Change: If your address or phone number has changed within the past 30-days, use the Funds Transfer Agreement for Accounts with Phone and/or Address Changes Form [PDF].
Hearing Impaired: If you are hearing impaired and utilize a relay company you may only request wires by using the Funds Transfer Agreement for Relay Calls Form [PDF].

To send an Outgoing International Wire Transfer to another financial institution please complete the Outgoing International Wire Transfer Request Form [PDF]

Reoccuring International Wires: If you regularly send a wire to the same beneficiary use the Reoccurring International Wire Request [PDF].

Please return the above PDF forms to any Elevations Credit Union branch or fax to 303.402.5197 Attention: Accounting

* A Member Service Representative may call to verify any wire request. A fee of $20.00 will be charged for Outgoing Domestic Wire Transfers. Please see our Fees page for more information.
** Fees for Outgoing International Wire Transfers are $38.
