Peak Platinum and Vista Platinum Credit Cards
Will my current credit card change?
- You may continue to use your current Platinum Preferred, Gold or Classic credit card without change.
- When your current Platinum Preferred card expires, or needs to be replaced, you will be upgraded to a Peak Platinum card. Your card number and PIN will only change if your card has been lost or stolen. Worn out cards can be replaced with the same card number and PIN.
- When your current Gold card expires, or needs to be replaced, you will be upgraded to a Peak Platinum card with a new card number and new PIN.
- When your current Classic card expires, or needs to be replaced, you will be upgraded to a Vista Platinum card. Your card number and PIN will only change if your card has been lost or stolen. Worn out cards can be replaced with the same card number and PIN.
What are the credit card rates? Will my rate stay the same, or will it change?
Current rates can be found on our
rate pages. Elevations credit card rates are “variable” meaning that the rates may change. See the credit card terms and conditions
disclosure for more information.
How do I qualify for a Peak Platinum vs. a Vista Platinum?
When you apply for an Elevations credit card, we will review your income and credit history. Then we will fit you with a card that has the highest benefits for which you qualify. If you already have a Platinum Preferred or Gold card, you may transition to the
Peak Platinum card. If you already have a Classic card, you may transition to the
Vista Platinum card.
What are the credit card credit limits?
Your credit card credit limit will depend on your income. You may apply for the specific credit limit you desire, up to $30,000.
What will change with my credit card?
We are no longer offering Platinum Preferred, Gold, and Classic credit cards. If you replace your current card or your card expires, you will be upgraded to a
Peak Platinum or
Vista Platinum credit card.
What will stay the same with my credit card?
Your rate and credit limit will remain the same as what you currently have, unless you apply for a different credit limit. In this case the cards will be upgraded to either the
Peak Platinum or the
Vista Platinum.
What happens if I lose my card and need to get a new one?
If your current credit card is lost or stolen, you should report it and replace it with a new credit card with new card number and PIN. Platinum Preferred and Gold cards will be upgraded to a
Peak Platinum card. Classic cards will be upgraded to a
Vista Platinum card. Please follow the steps to
report and replace your lost or stolen card.
Will my ScoreCard points transfer to the new card?
If you currently have a Platinum Preferred or Gold card, your
ScoreCard bonus points will transfer over to your new
Peak Platinum card within 60 days of receipt of the new card.
