At Elevations Credit Union, we create solutions for a better life, and we believe that delivering those solutions starts with our employees.
We help our team and community thrive.
Not all financial institutions are created equal. As a member-owned, not-for-profit credit union, we think creatively, act differently and learn continuously to help our members achieve their dreams. Our work environment promotes innovation, prosperity and professional growth.
Some highlights include a robust mentoring program, job shadowing opportunities, tuition reimbursement and countless training resources.
We push each other to achieve greatness.
Here at Elevations, our employees are empowered to go the extra mile to create solutions for our members. Not only does our hard work show up in our outstanding financial results and positive community impact, but we recognize performance excellence and reward our team well by offering a competitive pay and benefits package.
We encourage a culture of recognition and appreciation and provide great incentives when our team meets its goals.
We passionately believe we’re stronger together.
Our core values are more than words on a wall; they’re shared beliefs that are deeply embedded in our culture. That’s why we hire for cultural fit as well as experience, and we attract and retain a team who embodies our values and reflects our communities.
Our safe and inclusive work environment allows all employees to feel welcomed, valued, respected and heard. We also encourage wellbeing for the whole self – physical, mental and financial, which is why we offer strong healthcare benefits, 401(k) matching, financial and wellness program discounts, generous paid time off and more!
