Get started downloading your business account activity from online banking. 

No matter what type of financial management software you use -- QuickBooks, Microsoft Excel or another spreadsheet software -- you can directly connect your Elevations business accounts.

Compatible File-Types

  • QuickBooks Web Connect (qbo) - for QuickBooks & QuickBooks Online
  • Microsoft OFX (ofx)
  • Microsoft Excel CVS & XLS Spreadsheets (cvs & xls)

File Downloading Instructions

  1. Make sure you have the appropriate software installed on your computer.
  2. Log in to online banking for business. 
  3. Select the account you want to access.
  4. Optional -- select a specific date range.
  5. Select Export and choose the file type you'd like to download.
  6. When prompted, select "Open File" to automatically open the file in the appropriate software. Alternatively, you can save the file to your computer and open/import at a later time.

If you were using QuickBooks with our old business online banking platform, please utilize this guide to convert your QuickBooks account to our new business online banking platform to ensure the smooth transition of your data.

QuickBooks Online

If you are using QuickBooks Online and would like to connect it to your Elevations business banking account, follow these steps: 

  1. Log in or register with QuickBooks Online.
  2. Click on the Banking tab located on the left side of the page.
  3. Click "Add Account" in the upper right.
  4. Search for the institution: Elevations Credit Union (CO) -- Business Banking. 
  5. Enter your Elevations business online banking username and password. 
  6. Review the accounts and click to connect. 

If you are a legacy business banking member and had your business account linked to QuickBooks Online before the launch of our new business banking products, you'll need to disconnect your QuickBooks Online account with your business banking account. 

To disconnect QuickBooks Online with your business account:

  1. Log in to QuickBooks Online. Under Settings, select "Chart of Accounts." 
  2. Find your Elevations bank account and select the arrow on the far right. 
  3. Choose "Edit," and in the bottom right-hand corner of the pop-up select "Disconnect account upon save." and click "Save." 

Now you can reconnect your business banking account with QuickBooks Online following the steps above. ‚Äč
