Ken Bauer has nearly 15 years in the banking industry, where he has spent time in commercial lending, treasury management, construction lending, and credit analysis. He has helped two banks launch into new markets, and brings a unique combination of knowledge and experience to Elevations.
As VP of Business Lending, Ken is responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing the Business Bank, which is dedicated to providing small and mid-sized businesses with a suite of loan and deposit products tailored to their unique needs. A native of the Chicago suburbs, Ken graduated from Baylor University with a degree in Finance. Ken and his wife moved to Colorado in 2004, and they have two young children. During his free time, he can be found snow skiing in the winter, water skiing in the summer, on a golf course, devouring books in a cozy chair, or coaching sports teams.

Todd Peyok has been in the banking industry for more than 28 years. Prior to joining Elevations, Todd served as Market President for several Boulder-based community banks for nearly 20 years. Throughout his tenure, he has focused on structuring commercial loan relationships, building deposits, developing businesses, and more. At Elevations, Todd’s expertise serves him well as VP of Commercial Lending. He is responsible for developing, implementing and overseeing the commercial and construction lending services strategies to continue building relationships within Boulder and surrounding markets. Todd received his BA in Finance and Accounting from Oklahoma State University. He moved to Colorado in 1988 and enjoys time with his family, playing softball and working on cars.

Tom Beckett has over 25 years of experience in the commercial banking industry. He joined Elevations from First Bank and Trust where he was the Northern Colorado Market Manager. He has an extensive background in commercial, industrial, and construction lending. His primary responsibility at Elevations is structuring commercial loans and developing long term business relationships. Tom graduated from Emory University in 1986 with a joint degree in Economics and History, and graduated from the University of Dayton in 1990 with an MBA in Finance. Tom and his family have lived in the foothills of Lyons for over 20 years. In his spare time, he raises Golden Retrievers, plays golf, runs and hikes.
