The Supervisory Committee is a committee of members appointed by the credit union’s Board of Directors to ensure that the credit union adheres to established policies and conducts business in the members' best interest. All internal and independent audits are reported to this Committee.
Brad Jones was appointed to the Supervisory Committee in 2009, and previously served as secretary and vice-chair. Brad became involved with Elevations Credit Union as a student at the University of Colorado Boulder, when he was appointed to the marketing committee, and he subsequently served on the community relations committee.
Brad is a self-employed media and web development consultant. His professional background includes serving as staff vice president for the Colorado Civil Justice League, the state’s tort-reform advocacy coalition, and as managing editor for an investigative reporting nonprofit focused on state and local government. Brad lives in Denver, where he’s served as a volunteer firefighter and paramedic since 2006.
David Forsberg was appointed to the Supervisory Committee in 2010.
David works for a single family office managing portfolio investments and generating investment ideas. Additionally, David serves as director of treasury for a funded oil and gas exploration company where he oversees the mineral investment portfolio. Previously, he worked as a portfolio manager and analyst specializing in quantitative strategies invested in equities and futures. David began his career working as an algorithmic execution trader for a leading institutional desk.
David is enrolled in the CFA Institute, where he’s a candidate for a Level II Chartered Financial Analyst credential. David has acted as a financial consult on complex litigation within the financial industry and maintains a Colorado auto dealership license. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from CU Boulder where he continues to mentor students. David lives in Denver with his wife where they enjoy skiing and traveling.
Kevin Rickman was appointed to the Supervisory Committee in 2011.
Kevin is a Certified Public Accountant with more than a decade of experience. He helps his clients achieve business success by establishing practical and sound accounting and tax processes. He previously worked as a credit analyst in the banking industry. Kevin earned his bachelor’s degree in business administration from Colorado State University. He lives in Firestone and also serves on the board for the Education Foundation of St. Vrain Valley.
Bob Jobin was appointed to the Supervisory Committee in 2010.
Bob has more than 25 years of experience in the healthcare industry, where he held positions as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Executive Officer for both not-for-profit and governmental hospitals. Previously, Bob worked in the banking industry, and he holds an M.B.A. with an emphasis in accounting. Bob lives in Lafayette and enjoys skiing in his free time.
Christine Morrissey was appointed to the Supervisory Committee in 2012.
Christine works in the not-for-profit sector, serving in the hospitality department at the Colorado Chautauqua Association. She has experience overseeing housing management at a not-for-profit senior living community in Boulder, and as an executive assistant, office manager and research analyst in a variety of settings, including a private equity firm and a hospital management and consulting company. She earned a master’s degree in gerontology (long-term care administration) from Naropa University, as well as a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Villanova University. She lives in Longmont, where she volunteers with Boulder County Care Connect and is a Longmont Humane Society foster family. She previously served on Boulder County’s Elder Justice Coalition.
