Add a Joint Account Owner

To add a joint account owner, please follow these steps:


Fill out a new Membership and Services Application (PDF). The joint owner must complete a new Membership and Services Application. Note: If you would like to order new checks to reflect both account owners’ names, mark the appropriate box under the "Account Services" section of the application. In addition, please include the check starting number.


Photo copy one of the following documents for each account holder: U.S. driver's license, state-issued ID, military ID or passport. Make sure the document is not expired and that the copy is legible. All account owners must sign the form.


Mail or drop off your documentation. Stop by a branch and deliver your application to one of our Financial Solutions Guides, or, mail the application, along with the photo copies of each account holders' supporting documents, to:
