Add a Joint Account Owner

The following steps must be completed to add a Joint Owner to your account:

  1. The Joint Owner must complete a Membership and Services Application (PDF). All account owners must sign the form. A legible copy of identification (unexpired US driver’s license, state-issued ID, military ID, or current passport) must accompany this application.
  2. If you would like to order new checks to reflect both account owners’ names, mark the appropriate box under the Account Services section of the application. Please include the check starting number.
  3. Please return the Membership and Services Application and a copy of identification to one of our branches or mail it to:
