Need to replace a damaged credit, ATM or debit card?

Please select one of the options below to reach us so that we can get this taken care of for you. Please note, when receiving your new card by mail, it may take 7-10 business days for delivery. Your PIN will be mailed separately (for your security). Please expect to receive your PIN in the mail in 3-5 business days.

A. Contact us via secure chat or email through online banking

Step 1: Log into online banking.

Step 2: Once you are in your account, select the Secure Chat or Support link in the top right hand corner of online banking


B. Contact a Member Service Representative by phone

C. To receive your Visa Debit Card instantly, visit an Elevations branch. If you need to replace a Buff One Debit Card, please visit our UMC Branch on the CU-Boulder campus.
