Learn About Our Improved Online Banking Navigation

We’re excited to announce that we have updated the navigation in online banking to make it easier to find features to manage your accounts, make transfers, pay your loans and more. When you log in to online banking you will notice that the options in the top blue navigation bar and in the top right corner have changed. These changes were made on Jan. 29, 2019.


What changed?

The options in the top blue navigation bar and in the top right corner changed on Jan. 29. When you log in to online banking now, these tabs are in the blue navigation bar:

“My Accounts” will continue to show you the main view of your accounts that’s visible upon logging in.

“Bill Pay” remains unchanged.

“Transfers” allows you to make and schedule transfers between Elevations accounts (including to other Elevations members) and to your external accounts. In addition, you’ll find Popmoney, a tool to send money to other people using their email, phone number or account number, as well as tools to manage scheduled transfers and transfer recipients.

“Loans” allows you to make loan payments and apply for loans.

“Mortgage” allows you to access your mortgage portal, make mortgage payments and apply for a mortgage.

“Debit & Credit Cards” includes the ability to view credit card rewards and set your Card Alerts, plus make card payments, apply for credit cards, report charge disputes and fraud, and request credit line increases.

“Additional Services” has tools to help you manage your accounts, like Money Management, My TurboTax, FICO® Score access and more.

“Feedback” remains unchanged. Please take a moment to let us know your comments!

Why did we make these changes?

These changes are based on feedback we’ve heard from you, our members:

Make it a little more straightforward and intuitive. Put options like transfers, including external, in one place. Make it clear whether a transaction is a transfer or payment.

Most Commonly Used Features in Online Banking

Looking for something in the new navigation of online banking? Browse the top 12 features below to see where a previous option has moved. If you have any questions, click “Support” in the top right corner and use our Secure Chat feature, or call us at 800.429.7626.

  1. Bill Pay
    The location and functionality of Bill Pay has not changed in online banking.

  2. Make a Transfer
    To make a transfer between your Elevations accounts in online banking, click the “Transfers” tab and select “Between Elevations Accounts.” If you wish to send money to another Elevations member, you may also use this option.

    To pay a loan at Elevations, click the “Loans” tab and select either “Pay With Elevations Account” or “Pay With External Account.”

  3. Make an External Transfer
    To make a transfer to your accounts at other financial institutions, click the “Transfers” tab and select “To Your External Accounts.”

  4. Send Money to a Member
    If you wish to send money to another Elevations member, click the “Transfers” tab and select “Between Elevations Accounts.”

  5. Schedule a Transfer
    To schedule a transfer between Elevations accounts in online banking, click the “Transfers” tab and select “Between Elevations Accounts.” If you wish to schedule to send money to another Elevations member, you may also use this option.

  6. Pay Loan From Outside Account
    To pay an Elevations loan from an outside account, click the “Loans” tab and select “Pay With External Account.”

    For mortgage payments, click the “Mortgage” tab and select “Mortgage Payment” to visit our Mortgage Portal.

  7. Mortgage
    To access information about your mortgage—including escrow, 1098 and eStatements, click the “Mortgage” tab and select “Mortgage Portal.” To make a mortgage payment, click the “Mortgage” tab and select “Mortgage Payment.”

  8. Credit Card Rewards
    To see your credit card rewards, click the “Debit & Credit Cards” tab and select “View Credit Card Rewards.”

  9. Card Alerts
    To use our new Card Alerts tool, click the “Debit & Credit Cards” tab and select “Set Card Alerts.”

  10. Routing Number
    To view our routing number, see the “Featured” items just to the right and above the blue navigation bar.

  11. Money Management
    To use Money Management, click the “Additional Services” tab and select “Use Money Management.” You may also continue to access Money Management from “My Accounts.”

  12. My TurboTax
    To use My TurboTax, click the “Additional Services” tab and select “Use My TurboTax.” You may also continue to access My TurboTax from “My Accounts.”
