In fact, our employees receive 16 hours of Volunteer Time Off (VTO) every year. Plus, we proudly support the Elevations Foundation's mission to provide local community grants and scholarships. Excellence at Elevations
Our drive for excellence is what enables us to have a positive impact on our members' lives and the communities where we live and work. At Elevations, we leverage the Baldrige Performance Excellence Program to regularly evaluate our progress and achievements, and identify areas where we can better serve our members, our community and each other. In 2014 and in 2020, Elevations Credit Union was honored to receive the Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award, the nation’s only presidential honor for quality and organizational performance excellence.
