What does life at Elevations look like?
- Halloween is a big deal at Elevations. Expect all-out competition, creativity, and fun on our favorite holiday.
- We proudly support the Local Change Foundation at events like the annual Local Change Foundation Golf Tournament, which raises money for scholarships and community grants.
- We take time to celebrate our successes, like opening a new branch in Old Town Fort Collins.
- Employees love to come together using volunteer time off (VTO). Full-time employees get 16 hours of paid time off per year to give back to the community.
- Elevations has seven employee resource groups that provide a safe social support system for employees.
Where we work
Work where you live, with over a dozen branch and office locations along Colorado’s Front Range from Denver to Fort Collins. Beyond our branches, nearly 400 Elevations Credit Union employees work at our Broomfield support office, which we affectionately call Basecamp. Basecamp is home to many of our back-office teams, along with business bankers, commercial lenders, and financial advisors. Basecamp employees love the on-site walking trails, 2,680-square-foot gym and café.
