Whether you’re splitting a bill, sending money to family or transferring funds between accounts, Elevations makes it convenient to pay your way — all while keeping your financial information protected.

How peer-to-peer payment apps work with Elevations accounts

You can link your Elevations accounts to most major payment apps in just a few steps. Here's how each app works with Elevations: 

  • Venmo

    1. Download the Venmo app from your app store.
    2. Open the app and create an account or log in.
    3. Go to “Settings” > “Payment Methods.”
    4. Choose to link a debit card or bank account.
    5. Enter your Elevations debit card or account details.

    ✅ Compatible with: Debit cards, checking accounts, savings accounts.

  • PayPal

    1. Download the PayPal app.
    2. Sign in or create an account.
    3. Tap “Wallet” > “Link a bank or card.”
    4. Enter your Elevations account or card information

    ✅ Compatible with: Credit cards, debit cards, checking accounts, savings accounts.

  • Cash App

    1. Download Cash App.
    2. Create an account or log in.
    3. Tap the bank icon > “Add a bank or card.”
    4. Enter your Elevations debit or credit card info.

    ✅ Compatible with: Credit cards, debit cards, ACH transfers.

  • Apple Cash

    1. Open the Wallet app on your iPhone.
    2. Tap Apple Cash > “Set Up.”
    3. Link your Elevations debit or credit card.

    ✅ Compatible with: Debit cards, credit cards, ACH transfers.

  • Zelle

    Elevations does not support Zelle at this time.

While payment apps are very convenient, there are a few rules that can keep you safe. Take these two steps:

  1. Review the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau’s article about tips on safely using mobile payment services.
  2. Read any agreements and disclosures from your payment service.
  3. Note that Elevations will never call and ask for any one-time passcodes.
