Buff One Checking is a checking account designed for CU Boulder students who are currently enrolled. It allows students to use their Buff OneCard Student ID as their debit card at ATMs on campus. Forever Buffs Banking is designed for CU alumni and Buffs fans and features a CU-themed debit card.

Yes! Forever Buffs Banking is designed for anyone who loves the Buffs, whether you’re a CU alum or just a Buffs fan.

There’s no minimum balance requirement for Elevations Free Checking, Buff One Checking, and Forever Buffs Banking. All members are required to pay a one-time $5 membership fee and have a Membership Savings account (also with no minimum balance requirement).

Here’s how ATM fees work for our checking accounts:

• Free, unlimited withdrawals at Elevations ATMs
• Eight surcharge-free transactions per month at over 30,000 CO-OP ATMs nationwide
• Two surcharge-free transactions per month at other ATMs (charges from the owner of the ATM will apply)
