HOW TO ENTER TO BE A FINALIST:
- The sweepstakes begins July 27, 2026 at 8:30 am Mountain Time ("MT") and ends August 21, 2026 at 5:30 pm MT ("Sweepstakes Period").
- There are two (2) ways to enter during the Sweepstakes Period:
- Entry via Instagram: An individual automatically receives one (1) sweepstakes entry if they: 1.) follow @elevationscu on Instagram either before the sweepstakes or during the sweepstakes period and 2.) like and comment on the contest post on the @elevationscu Instagram account. Limit one (1) entry per person.
- Mail-in Entry: an individual may enter this sweepstakes by printing their name, address, city, state, zip code, phone number and the words “Buffalo Bicycle Classic Sweepstakes” on a piece of paper, mailed in a stamped envelope to: Sweepstakes Entry C/O Marketing, Elevations Credit Union, PO Box 9004, Boulder, CO 80301. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by the end of the Sweepstakes Period as detailed above. Limit one (1) entry per person. In lieu of mailing this entry, it may be personally delivered to a staff member at an Elevations Credit Union branch location prior to the end of the Sweepstakes Period.

ELIGIBILITY:
- Elevations Credit Union Members: Sweepstakes is open to members and non-members who are legal residents of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia, and are age 18 or older at the time of sweepstakes entry. Employees, volunteers, officials or other agents of Elevations Credit Union, immediate families (spouse and parents, children, and siblings, and each of their respective spouses) and persons living in the household of each of these individuals, whether related or not, are ineligible to win. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited or restricted by law. The sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
- Important notice to certain state or local government employees: Your eligibility to participate in this promotional drawing may be affected by Amendment 41 to the Colorado Constitution, which became effective on or about November 7, 2006. SWEEPSTAKES DRAWING, PRIZES, AND ODDS OF WINNING:
- Winners’ Drawing: On or about August 24, 2026, a random drawing to select one (1) winner(s) from all eligible entries and will be conducted under the direction of Elevations Credit Union's Marketing Department whose decision is final in all matters related to the drawing. The finalist(s) will be notified within one week of the drawing by email provided in the contest form or by phone for a mail-in entry. If potential finalist cannot be contacted for any reason (as determined solely by Sponsor) within one week of the drawing, or if a potential finalist is deemed ineligible or otherwise non-compliant with any aspect of these Official Rules, the finalist designation will be forfeited and, at Sponsor's sole discretion, awarded to an alternate winner. Each Finalist will be required to complete and sign an Affidavit of Eligibility and all other documents required by Sponsor by the due date specified.
- Prize Winners: The winner(s) will receive a ride registration and jersey, shorts and socks.
- Winners’ Names: For the name(s) of the Prize Winner(s), available thirty (30) days after the Sweepstakes Period, mail a self-addressed, stamped envelope to: Elevations Credit Union Prize Winner Name, PO Box 9004, Boulder, CO 80301-9004.
- Total Prize Pool Approximate Retail Value ("ARV"): $690.00

- Releasees (as defined below) are not responsible for printing, typographical, computer, telephonic, human, or other errors relating to or in connection with the sweepstakes, including, without limitation, errors that may occur in connection with the administration of the sweepstakes, the announcement of the prizes, the processing of entries, or in any sweepstakes-related materials; for stolen, lost, late, inaccurate, misdirected, undelivered, damaged, incomplete, illegible, or postage-due mail, entries, or transactions; or for any injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer(s) related to or resulting from participating in this sweepstakes, or downloading materials from or use of the participating web sites for the sweepstakes. Potential winners will be notified within one week of the drawing by email or telephone, depending on the method of entry.
If a potential winner is determined to be ineligible or fails to comply with these Official Rules, the prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate entrant. - Prizes:Five (5) winners will be selected. Member winners with an eligible rewards account may choose one of the following prizes:
- Twenty thousand (20,000) Elevations Rewards Points deposited into their eligible rewards account;
- or A cash prize or gift card with an approximate retail value ("ARV") of $200.
