About Eric
Eric has more than 20 years of experience as a mortgage loan officer. With previous experience as a mortgage broker, correspondent lender and a bank lender, he has extensive knowledge of the lending process. Eric joined Elevations so he can offer superior mortgage options while delivering the best imaginable customer service experience. Valuing integrity above all else, his passion is helping clients achieve their financial goals through open communication, education and trust. Eric loves working with all clients, whether they’re first-time homebuyers or seasoned real estate investors. Eric and his wife, Laura, both grew up in the Denver Tech Center area, so he is excited to be based there as part of the Elevations mortgage team. He and Laura spend their free time coaching and watching their two children play sports. The family enjoys all the Colorado mountains have to offer. As a life-long musician, you can also find Eric playing guitar and singing at local breweries, farmers’ markets and community events.

5 Year Interest Only ARM
