Deron Streitenberger

Deron leads Elevations’ technology strategy, overseeing information technology, cybersecurity, data, and digital infrastructure as the credit union continues its evolution into a platform-driven, AI-enabled organization. He works closely with the CEO, Elevations Board of Directors, and executive team to align technology investment with member experience, organizational growth, and long-term resilience.

Before joining Elevations, Deron spent more than a decade at the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis, where he served as CIO before being promoted to chief business operations officer. Earlier in his career, he served as CIO for Republic Mortgage Insurance Company and as an operations and technology leader at Chase and at the Bank for International Settlements in Basel, Switzerland.

Deron holds an MBA from Saint Leo University and a bachelor’s degree in information systems from the University of South Florida. He is a graduate of the Leadership at the Peak at the Center for Creative Leadership and served as an adjunct professor at Wake Forest University, teaching information systems and digital transformation.

An active community volunteer, Deron has served on the boards of the Diocese of Charlotte in North Carolina and Heritage Place of Indianapolis in Indiana. He looks forward to becoming similarly engaged in the Boulder area and surrounding communities.
