Elizabeth Million

As SVP of Lending at Elevations Credit Union, Elizabeth leads mortgage sales, mortgage operations, and consumer lending. Since joining Elevations in 2011, she has served in pivotal leadership roles — including VP of Mortgage Sales and SVP of Mortgage — driving growth, performance, and operational excellence across the lending portfolio.

Elizabeth’s leadership has expanded team capacity and accelerated modernization, including digital mortgage platforms and eClosing solutions that improve member experience and operational efficiency. She ensures strong regulatory alignment while executing strategies that strengthen Elevations’ lending capabilities and community impact. Elizabeth is a regular speaker and contributor for MBA and ACUMA forums on risk, compliance, affordability, and operational best practices.

Prior to Elevations, Elizabeth built a diverse career in real estate and finance, including roles with Bank of America and Washington Mutual Bank, and extensive experience in appraisal management. A Boulder native, she holds a bachelor’s degree from Metropolitan State University of Denver and is deeply committed to sustainability, affordable housing, and helping members achieve their financial goals.
