Gytis Tuminas

Gytis leads Elevations’ strategic and business plan execution and drives continuous improvement across the organization by leveraging the Baldrige framework. He oversees enterprise project management, performance excellence, finance, accounting, secondary markets, and business intelligence.

Gytis joined Elevations in 2007 as a teller, an experience that keeps him grounded in our most important purpose: serving our members. This bottom‑up perspective enables him to champion operational insights and empower teams across the organization. Over his career, he has predominantly led the credit union’s finance functions with a deep expertise in balance sheet management, risk management, budgeting and forecasting, and regulatory compliance.

Gytis holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from the Leeds School of Business at the University of Colorado Boulder and is an honors graduate from Western CUNA Management School. He also holds the Certified Credit Union Executive (CCUE-WCMS) designation.

Outside of work, he serves on several boards as vice chair at the Local Change Foundation, board member and examiner at Rocky Mountain Performance Excellence, and board member at WOW! Children's Museum. He enjoys spending time outdoors and is passionate about fly fishing.
