Jon Goodman

Jon was appointed to the Elevations Board in 2024, elected in 2025, and re-elected in 2026. He serves on the Governance and Nominating Committee and the CEO Committee.

Jon is Of Counsel at Frascona, Joiner, Goodman & Greenstein, P.C., where he has practiced law for 40 years. He has been one of the firm’s largest business generators and served as president for 19 years. Through his leadership, he has worked diligently to ensure the firm will thrive beyond his tenure. An attorney in Colorado since 1985, Jon has built a practice that focuses primarily on real estate law, real estate finance, and representing trade associations. He has published hundreds of articles and webcasts, is a sought-after speaker in the real estate industry, and has been quoted multiple times in publications like the Wall Street Journal and the Denver Post. Actively involved in community governance and leadership, Jon served five years on the City of Boulder Board of Zoning Adjustment. He also spearheads an initiative to reduce bias in real estate sales. Jon lives in Boulder with his wife and enjoys outdoor sports and learning Spanish, especially with family and friends.
