Kathleen Hoxworth

Kathleen serves as the SVP of People, where she is passionate about delivering programs and supporting a culture that makes Elevations the best place our employees have ever worked. Her work focuses on aligning the organization’s current and future workforce with its strategic priorities with an emphasis on leadership and talent development, communication, workforce analytics, and total rewards.

Since joining Elevations in 2018 as the vice president of internal communications and talent strategy, Kathleen has created programs and solutions to engage, empower, develop, and connect employees at every stage of their career. Before Elevations, she spent nearly 20 years leading change, culture, and communications initiatives across diverse industries, including telecommunications, utilities, and manufacturing.

Outside of work, Kathleen serves on the board for the Two Ponds Preservation Foundation and occasionally dabbles in voice-overs. Kathleen holds a bachelor’s degree in broadcast production journalism from the University of Colorado and is certified as a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner and a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) from the Human Resources Certification Institute.
