Tammy Teitscheid

Tammy serves as the CXO at Elevations Credit Union, where she leads the member and employee experience. She oversees the branch network, contact center, digital banking, wealth management services, workforce, and culture. Her mission is to align employee experience with member experience, fostering a brand that employees proudly represent while providing unrivaled service to every member, every time.

Prior to joining Elevations in 2018, Tammy developed expertise in consumer and business products, operations, and strategy. She then focused her career on employer branding, talent management, and employee experience. Tammy's leadership experience spans industries, including financial services, healthcare, utilities, and telecom. Tammy holds a bachelor's degree from Cornell University's College of Human Ecology. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR©) and a CUES Certified Chief Executive. Tammy serves on the boards of the Local Change Foundation and Blind IT and is an executive member of CSU’s HR Edge Network.
