Travis Thornton
Travis Thornton serves as vice president of commercial lending at Elevations Credit Union, supporting growth, developing and managing key client relationships, and supporting the organization’s broader commercial banking strategy. He works closely with lending, credit, and retail teams to identify opportunities, structure solutions, and deliver excellent service to business members throughout the community.
With more than 30 years of banking and financial services experience as well as operational leadership, Travis has built his career on developing strong client relationships, supporting high-performing teams, and helping businesses navigate opportunities and challenges with confidence. Known for his collaborative, hands-on leadership style, he is committed to providing exceptional service and serving as a trusted advisor to members and community partners.
Outside of work, Travis enjoys spending time with his wife, Mary Anne, their children, Chase and Ella, and their Golden Retriever, Lucky. An avid enthusiast of anything with a motor, he enjoys riding motorcycles, exploring Colorado's backroads and trails, and spending weekends behind the wheel of a sports car or four-wheel-drive adventure vehicle.
