- A witness, if your document requires it (we will only provide the notary, not the witness)

Medallion signature guarantee service is free for Elevations members. This service is required by the company managing securities, usually noted on their documentation, and is typically used to make changes, move securities, or transfer securities, including after the death of an account holder. Please call (800) 429-7626 to schedule an appointment, or make an appointment online.
This service is only available for securities that have a current value of less than $500,000.

As not-for-profit financial institutions, credit unions are required by the National Credit Union Administration to provide membership by either charging a membership fee or requiring members to keep a minimum amount of money in a savings account (aka a share deposit). To enhance our commitment to the communities we serve, we have chosen to charge a one-time $5 membership fee and donate this entire amount to Local Change Foundation.
